With over 7 years of experience in the HR industry and Workday cloud technologies, I began my career as a recruiter, where I mastered knowledge of recruiting and HR processes. Next career progression led me to work as part of the Workday Shared Service Team, where I deepened my knowledge of overall HR processes, honed my problem-solving skills, and collaboration skills to worked closely with various key stakeholders. During this time, I became proficient in Workday reporting and integration monitoring. My passion for Workday prompted me to take on a new role in Germany as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting recruiting using the Workday ATS system and streamlining the recruiting process with Workday. Driven by a passion to pursue a career in Workday, I have completed Workday Beyond Basic certification and mastered my skills in Workday reporting and integration tool such as EIB, Document Transform, Core Connector ..etc. I have hands-on experience in designing and developing integrations to meet vendor requirement.I have hands-on experience on creating, enhancing custom report to meet business requirement. My goal is to leverage my extensive knowledge of Workday reporting, integration, and my HR background to help organizations optimize their HR systems, enhance decision-making processes, and achieve operational excellence through tailored Workday solutions.
